Alto Brake Systems – Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Alto Brake Systems processes orders during normal business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed.

In-Stock Items
All in-stock products are shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Backorders & Preorders
Items listed as backorder or preorder will ship approximately 2 weeks after the order date. If delays occur, customers will be notified.

Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using USPS. If you prefer a different shipping provider, you must contact us before a shipping label is created. Once a label has been made, carrier changes may not be possible.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Alto Brake Systems is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
